The staff provided great service. I found the facilities to be great. The room was clean and quiet.

The TV casting did not work. Some bedside switches were broken. I had to unplug the lamps. There was not a proper table for two to eat at.

broken switches brusque staff

the tv casting wasn't working. a couple of bedside switches were broken, i had to unplug the lamps. there wasn't a proper table for two to eat at, so i ended up using trays on the sofa. the spa staff were brusque and the door and concierge staff seemed less warm or helpful than expected.

the location was convenient for travel to nearby venues the bar offered a sophisticated atmosphere rooms were quiet offering a restful experience porters were helpful assisting with luggage upon arrival. the room had hair straighteners and a phone charger free parking was available nearby which was convenient for our stay.

modern gym breakfast options friendly service

The gym had a lot of equipment I like. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast included many options. The Italian restaurant provided lovely food and service. I enjoyed it.

The nightly rate was more than advertised.
